This surprise wedding ceremony was special from the start. Jason reached out and wanted something out of the ordinary. He was interested in hiking into a secluded spot to elope and with some brainstorming we came up with the perfect location – Hawksbill Crag. So we prepped our gear and were ready for the 3am call time. We drove out to the location in the dark and hiked out with headlamps to set up before sunrise. With no cell phone service, we had to rely on fate for all the stars to align. Jason went the extra mile to make this beautiful for Shelli and she was glowing with joy. The wildest part of this story is the officiant cancelled last moment so we ended up performing the ceremony as well as capturing it. (In case y’all are wanting a combo deal.) We loved this experience with them and hope they have a blessed and happy marriage.
